This is a User Agreement between you (also referred to herein as “User,” or “customer”) and DENLINK.XYZ. ("DEN LINK," “we,” “us,” "Company," and “our”). By using the DEN LINK website (the "Site") and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. "Services" means any services available within the Site and the following applications (mobile, desktop, or otherwise): DEN LINK, DEN TOKENS. If you do not agree to the Terms and conditions herein, do not use the Site, Mobile Application, or Services.

• Digital assets are not endorsed by any financial institution or government. The digital asset market is brand new, with no clear and stable expectations.
   

• Digital asset trading is highly risky. The trading is continuous throughout the day without limits on rise and fall and the prices are in large fluctuation.
   

• Due to the formulation or modification of national laws, regulations and regulatory documents, digital asset transactions may be suspended or prohibited at any time.
   

• Minors are not allowed to use the services. 
  You affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher than eighteen (18) years of age.

You understand that this investment may cause some or all of the losses, so you should decide the amount of investment with the degree of loss you can afford. We may (but we don’t assume any such obligation) provide you a notification of any such change, add, remove or modify. You shall regularly and periodically check these Terms, and Privacy Policy, including before you make any transaction on the Platform. We shall have no liability or responsibility whatsoever due to any such changes, additions, removals or modifications.

In addition, when you use any current or future DEN LINK products, services, content, or other materials, you also will be subject to this agreement governing your use of our products and services.

It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services following the published updates to the terms will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
